# Services

## Service

A service defines who organises the car sharing and how the revenue is collected. A user will use the same billing account in all the groups that belong to that service provider.

There are 2 main types of services:

* **B2B**: this entails that the car sharing services is for organisations. More information on organisations can be found [here](https://handbook.themobilityfactory.coop/tmf-platform-documentation/control-center/organisations).
* **B2C**: this entails that the car sharing service is for clients.

To create a service, click on "Add service" and give it a type, name and description.

## Service levels

A service can have one or more service levels. For example, a service can be 'Public car sharing' and the service levels can be 'trial', 'full member', 'learning driver', etc. A user can only be member of one service level at a time, but he can upgrade or downgrade to another service level when the conditions are met.

To add a service level, first select a service then go to the service levels tab. Click on "add service level" and give it a name & description. 

To view more information on a service level, click on a service level item. On this page, you can view and update the name, description & config of the service level. Here you can also see the members & the fleet groups of the service level.
