# Reporting damage

The app can be configured to show a no-damage confirmation dialog when the user presses the "start reservation" button. The user is asked to confirm there is no new damage. If there is new damage the user can choose for the "report damage button". The behavior of this button can be

1. user goes to an external webpage to report damage. Typically a form.&#x20;
2. user goes to the mail application on the their device
3. user goes to the helpdesk page in the app
