# Bug reporting

## Gitlab

Preferably bug reporting is done directly in the TMF gitlab. If you don't have an account yet on the TMF Gitlab please get in touch.

{% hint style="info" %}
Always use an issue template when opening an issue on Gitlab. You can select the issue template "Bug" from the dropdown when creating the issue.
{% endhint %}

Once you have opened your issue in Gitlab someone of the TMF team will do the necessary labeling and triage of your issue.

### Issue on production

If you encounter an issue on a **production version** of the TMF platform you can open an issue in the [Bug Reporting project.](https://gitlab.themobilityfactory.coop/tmf/bugreporting/-/issues)

### Issue on a alpha, beta or test instance

If you encounter an issue on a **test version** of the TMF platform you can open an issue in the [Bug Reporting on Test project](https://gitlab.themobilityfactory.coop/tmf/testing/-/issues)

## Telegram

We have 2 telegram groups at the moment where testers are gathered.

### TMF Control Center testers

For issues and testing of the new control center. You can join the Telegram group by clicking [here](https://t.me/+AVRHh7r4UcViZTE0).

### TMF App testers

## TMF support

If you are a known contact to TMF support you can also report an issue by sending an email to <support@themobilityfactory.coop>. When reporting an issue through the support email make sure to include as much information as possible: affected user, a screenshot, a link to the user and or vehicle in the control center and the approximate time. **Don't blindly forward (email) communication with an end-user** to support@ without providing any additional context or information.
